Poland's regional airports have experienced phenomenal growth due in part to the expansion of travel on low-cost carriers. Around Katowice, rapid reintegration of the Silesian industrial heartland with its historic EU markets created opportunities for hospitality and other supporting real estate development for a catchment of 11 million customers.

Roles
As Managing Director for Washington Opportunities Group Sp z o.o., Amber led the effort to assemble a highly visible and accessible 1 hectare (2.5 acre) site and secure preliminary design approvals. After exploring alternative development options including hotel and logistics, we elected to sell the parcel and closed the transaction in Spring, 2018 .
